Mixers
The
floculation is the best factor for the success of any mechanical
dewatering process. No belt press can achieve high level performances
without a good flocculation (sludge conditioning) upstream.
Composition of an in-line hydrodynamic mixer :
The in-line hydrodynamic mixer is composed of the following elements :
- slude inlet,
- polymer inlet,
- control valve,
- visual control of flocculation,
- water injection for cleaning.

The in-line mixer is composed of the following elements

- polymer / sludge inlet,
- 4 impellers,
- polymer / sludge discharge.

The vertical flocculator is composed of the following elements
