Medium pressure belt filter press
 The
only adjustment required is " belt tensioning "
in order to achieve:
- A medium pressure of 4 bar.
- The pressing concept and the effective pressing area are
imposed.
EMO offers a wide range with the following characteristics
:
- belt width : 0,60 m; 1 m; 1,50 m; 2 m; 2,50 m
- automatic belt tracking is by means of pneumatic jack.
- Hydraulic and dry solids loading capacity
dependent on sludge characteristics i.e. from 0-16 m3/h.
- Frame constructed in AISI 304L stainless steel.
- May be supplied as a skid mounted package for immediate
installation and use.
