 Adjustments
are made by the use of a number of specifically located hydraulic
jacks
in order to achieve:
- A medium pressure of 7 - 10 bars and an alternated
shearing due to the position of the rollers together with
the " shifting " of the two belts (EMO patent) and
automatic belt tensioning.
- A variable pressing course and effective area, dependent
on the tensioning jacks, giving 78% more efficiency that the
high pressure range.
- The roller arrangement is designed to achieve the maximum
dry solids level.
Our equipment range comprises units having:
- Belt width from 1m - 3m
- Automatic belt alignment by hydraulic jacks
- Hydraulic and dry solids loading capacity dependent on sludge
type.
- Construction in stainless steel AISI 304L as standard
